Ingredients
  • 500 grams of cubed pork meat (shoulder, leg, belly)
  • 400 grams cauliflower florets
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 sweet peppers (depending on size)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, sweet paprika, ground caraway
  • 250 ml tomato passata or 2 spoons of tomato paste
  • 3-4 bay leaves
  • 50 ml oil
  • fresh parsley and celery leaves
