- 500 grams of cubed pork meat (shoulder, leg, belly)
- 400 grams cauliflower florets
- 1 onion
- 1-2 sweet peppers (depending on size)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, sweet paprika, ground caraway
- 250 ml tomato passata or 2 spoons of tomato paste
- 3-4 bay leaves
- 50 ml oil
- fresh parsley and celery leaves
