  • 4 pieces of zander fillets 200-250 grams each (hake or cod to substitute)
  • 4 spring onions
  • Carrot, onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 200 grams white bread
  • 200 ml white wine
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh parsley
  • Extra 50 ml of wine and 75 grams of very cold butter for the sauce
