- 4 pieces of zander fillets 200-250 grams each (hake or cod to substitute)
- 4 spring onions
- Carrot, onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 grams of butter
- 200 grams white bread
- 200 ml white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley
- Extra 50 ml of wine and 75 grams of very cold butter for the sauce
